Mudbath, it's become essential for me, rather than wanting to, I need to. I'm finding those planners very useful. My week this week has consisted of writing down everything I do, how long ish it takes (over estimate is better, or I would end up short of time) then when I worked on the time schedule, I filled each one into the spaces, just hoping I manage it all.

Before 8.30am consists of - feed boys, wash boys, dress boys (they both need help with this) empty dishwasher, empty washer and hang out, dogs out, wipe over bathroom, fill and start BM (might change that to on a night) wipe kitchen,....I think that is all (written down somewhere, stripping beds on bed days, making beds on others) then of course set off with DS2 to school. Achievable? I don't know but hope so. Then of course the rest of the day is planned out inc 1 hour flying, 3-8 hours study etc etc, but will be changing some things weekly to fit around appointments and stuff. I think planning my week and getting my morning/evening routines will be my key to making it work.

Kimberley - I had a Creda for years, never broke once, but I think every appliance depends on how you use it, the quality at the time of the product (new ones aren't as good as old ones!!) etc. Could try www.washerhelp.co.uk

One day I might be more organised...........

Evening all. Just settled down after a manic day. Thanks to pigpen's idea of ME time, I didnt manage to get breakfast (slept too long yippee!) but got lunch and dinner out of hubby.

I have printed our tomorrows jobs and stuck it to the fridge door - am determined to get it done! I will have a tidy home, I will have a tidy home!!

So here is my list for tomorrow:

Monday Madness- Bathroom and Downstairs Loo

    Level One
Clean floors in these rooms (well at least they are small rooms lol)
    Level Two
Clean baths, toilets, don't forget under the rim! and sinks
Clear any clutter from desk (oh goodness thats a job!)
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
    Level Three
Wash your bathroom mats (just washed these today so will put them down on the nice clean floors)
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.
Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins! (the proper bins not the rooms that look like bins!)
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required (well I have a glass shower so will clean that!)
Clear a mega hotspot!.. shred it.. and fling it.. or just burn it! (kitchen table here i come!!!)

Extra mission: Pick whichever you want to attempt:
    • Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
    • Wipe down the doors and frames in these rooms.
    • clean the radiators in these rooms
    • Fling all those empty bottles and tubes (got a bag ready to go in the garage of recycling)
    • Replace sponges/flannels/toothbrushes that are in need
    Personal Stuff To Do

1 Take neighbour to Naafi (in her car lol);)
2 Pay phone bill while at Naafi
3 Buy fuel coupons for the car
4 Go to Lidl and get parma ham for tea
5 Get as much laundry done as possible!:o
6 Try and sort out stuff to go to ebay and keep it all in one place

Here's hoping I can do at least half of this!

PS - thank you to all who have sent me all the lovely welcomes and to Pink Fairy - I have emailed you my address, glad that I am not the only person who does things like that lol!

    Morning All

Well I've washed my bath mats so that's a start! WM & TD are on, dishes are washed and I've just got to sort out DS's lunch now.

I'm staying at home with DD this morning although she's perked up now I've dosed her up. I'll then go to work when my dad arrives at lunchtime to look after her!

Right I'll go and carry on

    Catch you later

    Morning everyone...
Only been up since 6am this morning. Quite a lie in.
I'm feeling very stressed though. House seems a nightmare but I'm sure it will be better once children go to school cause then I can wizz round. Their room though are still going to be a nightmare and they can sort them out when they get back from school. I'm just going to close the door on them till then....
Right, think I'm going to put the kettle on and make more tea and try not to yell too much at everyone before school time...

    Morning everyone

Well - I cant get fuel coupons for the car - hubby went off to work with the blooming fuel card! So that's a job for him tomorrow - he can get them at work (I'll even give him the money lol). Oldest DD is off to school, youngest is home with me today shes not well. But just about to go and take my neighbour to the naafi so will get at least 3 more jobs done (naafi, phone bill and lidl!) but still got loads to do.

Will post later on after I get back and hopefully get a chance to do loads more!

    Morning

Welcome back Frankie was just thinking about you the other day, how strange, glad you had a good time and good luck with getting back into the swing of things.

Kimberley I'd also recommend a Creda TD, mine's been fab! and I'm another one that wont entertain Hotpoint, horrible things they are.

Stayed up far too late last night watching Bourne Supremacy but I couldn't help myself, I'm regretting it this morning though *yawns*. Had another income support payment gone in today, I'm starting to worry as I'm sure it shouldn't be by now, but I'm frightened to phone them in case they take it back off me and I'll be left with nowt lol what a quandry *rubs chin* wonder when the £250 grant is supposed to be going in too no sign of that either

Well, at least we're not starving this week, todays list which now includes weekly food shop.

    make beds
dry 1 x load washing (outside hopefully)
    rubbish in bin outside
    hoover through
    write shopping list
    weekly food shop
^^unpack & put away (not my fave job)
    do pigsback
quick S&S of bathroom (untidy already)
    bleach down cloakroom loo
    evening routine.

Bought a plug-in air freshener the other day and I don't like the smell lol gotta battle on with it though it cost me nearly £3 :D

tia what time did OH eventually turn up? He was ok wasn't he?

Lil_me just reading all you have to do is making feel tired, try not to do too much xx

    pigpen eBay! WOOT! :T

Right, I'm off to make a meal plan and a shopping list seeing as I didn't get round to it yesterday, laters xx

HollyH hope your DS has a lovely time on his trip
Dusty happy birthday to your DS!!!
Pigpen well done on the ebay
Embb sorry but I would query the money myself, what happens if its wrong and then they mess about with your payments, thought my tax credits were wrong but left it and then had a bill to pay it all back, I'm not entitled to them now but actually thats a relief
Welcome newbies and FrankieM welcome back

Feel like poop this morning, both of us are made up with cold and its all in my sinuses (sp) so they hurt. DH has had to go to work so not option but to dose up on the tablets and get on with it.

Decided I've fallen into the trap of spending too much time on the internet so if I'm not about as much thats why. Sun is blazing here this morning so might take DS out for some fresh air for us both.

Must do some of the list as my 'big' bathroom and ensuite could do with a good clean (the other two bathrooms are only used now when people stay and I make sure they're cleaned straight away so I can keep on top them all) and the top floors could do with a good hoover - don't want to be named and shamed LOL!!!

See you all later, have a good day!
Lightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!
