I got it a year ago and pay just £6.00 a month but I am on benefits,I am actively seeking work so when I get a job can the monthly re-payments go up or are they set for the year.

  • In all honesty you should tell them that you are working and submit a new SOA. I had mine for 2 years, then the whole thing was written off as the judge said if I had have gone backrupt I would have been free of it already. But I guess it depends on the judge who reviews your case. The creditors often ask for a review of circumstances anway.
