Living abroad:paying UK pension into UK bank?
building
a friend's mum lives in france and is hoping to get her uk pension at the end of the year paid into a nationwide account which we need to get opened. as you may or may not be aware from martin's website this is the best bank to withdraw money if you are abroad as you do not incurr any costs. however to open the account she needs to have a uk utility bill in her name and this seems to be the awkward part. Any ideas? thanks in advance. seeing as her pension is going to be very small any savings on this front will really help.
