I seem to remember these being about £20 last time I needed one (granted, that was a while ago), so was surprised to find them for £4.99.
TP-Link TL-WN321G 54Mbps Wireless USB Adapter £4.99 inc VAT
XP/Vista compatible. Not sure about MAC. User reviews look good.
Similar at Play.com is £9.99 but with free delivery. Sweex Wireless LAN USB 2.0 Adapter 54 Mbps
SVP website says this price is until 8th Feb, but annoyingly does not say what the price is after this time.

This is a good price, sky quote me £30 for a wireless adapter. The reviews are good. Might get one for Dell Dimension 5150, I guess it is compatible with it. Any idea the cost of postage? Thanks0

£3.99 postage + £1.44 vat + £4.99 = £9.68 delivered.Remember...You are not a salmon!0

I'm 99% sure that the price of £4.99 includes VAT. Perhaps you can double check for me?
The Royal Mail delivery for just the USB adapter on it's own seems to be £2.10+VAT.
I think that for your example you've chosen the first delivery option on the list but there is a Royal Mail one that's a bit cheaper lower down the list. I have to confess that I've ordered a few other bits with my adapter (ink, discs and 5 reams of paper) so my order is probably quite heavy, so I've paid £4.99 + VAT delivery.

Which one is better out of the two? Advice, please, thanks0 -
They're pretty much exactly the same spec wise. I've ordered from SVP & Play and service wise they are both good too!0

If you have a laptop or desktop pc without any internal wireless card, this gadget will allow you to connect to the internet wirelessly - provided you have a wireless router.0
