Cheshire 4.56% fixed for 5 yrs - any opinion?

Cheshire are offering this 5 year fixed rate, arrangement fee being 395 and no valuation fee, but you have to pay your own legal fess....

I have no experience of this BS, any opinions?

    I've been with the Cheshire BS for over 2 years and didn't have a single problem when remortgaging with them. Within 24 hrs of completing the online application I had a personal advisor ringing me with updates as to how things were progressing.
    ...and then the window licker said to me...
