Is it wise to email CCA requests as well as send in the post

I am grateful for all the advice on CCA requests from DCA's but thought i might email them as well.

I have DCA Newman on my mums case and First Credit management.

The constant harrassing by phone and letters is driving us insane.

No monies have been paid to these companies only to the original Creditors.

DCA Newman have added over £800 collection fee to the debt.

I've faxed a copy of my CCA request request via my computer in the past with a covering note that the original (and £1 fee) has been sent by recorded delivery. I tend to do this with all matters relating to my creditors -particularly useful when dealing with Lloyds-TSB who seem to "lose" letters!
  • OMG i have a fax too!!!!

you are putting ideas into my head now LOL

Just dont want to get my message across.

First credit called on Saturday until 6pm and only because of this forum did we remain strong and not cave into their demands
