Immovable food stain

This is probally a lost cause but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Some idiot dumped milk shake onto my daughters billabong hoody while she was away, this is one she brought back from Canada so she is very peeved about it (not peeved enough though to actually rush to the nearest loo and try and rinse the worst of the it out though!)
So I've been left with the job of removing the pink stain from the front of it and of course nothing seems to be working. Has anyone got any suggestions apart from prayer!

How about that Vanish stain remover thats advertised on tele? Claims it removes even dried on stains.0

I wonder if soaking it washing powder will help.
