Re-mortgage help

I hope some of you experts can help me ::)
My two year discount deal with C&G (currently 5%) is coming to an end shortly and I am now looking for my next deal.
The best C&G now does is a tracker @ 5.39%.
My mission is to find a mortgage deal that is:
A better rate (obviously!)
Total cost over 2 years (inc. all the fees) will still be less
No redemption penalties (or at least none past the offer period)
Tall order I know but any help is greatly appreciated.
The loan will be for about 100K.
One last thing.. any lender but Nationwide. (don't ask!)

On face of it should have little problem meeting that - even if you want to exclude Nationwide.
TAke a look at Moneyextra/ supermarket , charcol, as detailed in Martin's articles if you want to do some sourcing yourself - or ask a fees free brokerAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0
