Are creditors starting to get a bit anxious?

With this credit problem at the moment.

I received two calls from creditors over the last few days chasing payments which were only 1 day late, one of the amounts owed was on a card owing £600 with a £3000 credit limit!

Seemed to be aggressive in tone too, wonder if we'll see an increase in things like ccjs with creditors getting very twitchy and panicking about high or risky exposure to bad debts.

I do wonder that too. However, I don't think it actually matters that much whether it's a big amount that's outstanding or not. The creditors seem to go into hyperdrive very quickly anyway. I can't remember who's signature it was but the quote was "if ever you feel unwanted, try missing a payment..." brilliant. It's been a couple of years since I was late for one and they were right down my neck for immediate payment over the phone. Don't see that they're that much more worried than before - it's just that they'll be quick to set wheels in motion or "more efficient"

Just look what is happening to egg.

This will be what all the companies start doing soon.

The problem is the squeeze will get tighter and tighter and problems wil get worse.

Lets hope we can alll ride the wave
