Looking to be pointed in the right direction by someone . . . . our house is currently on market for sale with a couple of noted interests but we`re looking to buy a plot of ground within next few days . i.e. before sale of house is complete .
Whats the best way forward ? I reckon we`ll achieve approx £40k equity but site we want is £50K . As plots are VERY scare up here our hands are tied and we can`t simply wait until house is sold then go looikng for a plot so I was considering a personal loan for £50k as long as I could pay it off in full within next few months with no penalty - once house is sold and mortgage is sorted again .
What do you think giys ? Is this best way ? If so then can anyone recommend any lenders with low rates and no penalties ?
