Bread and butter pudding

It was posted by MSchappie and I made it for the first time today. It is wonderful and there is enough left for two more meals for the two of us. I served it with custard. (Whispering ... I made it from a failed loaf which was half the depth it should have been!)
Squeaky has put it indexed in the recipe index and I am guilty of usually just doing a general search across Old Style, when in fact there is also a long list of tried and trusted recipes I can choose from:D
I'm going to try and make more of an effort to try some of the others :T
