Sell house and rent back?

Hi guys! Didn't know where else to ask this. Have had info about company that buys your house then you can rent it back. Thinking this might be a way of not being homeless. Can I have your thoughts. Will have trouble renting another place as I have two dogs and not many landlords like them. And no I won't get rid of them!

be carefull when you sell ure house to these companys they charge yoy a much higher rate for rent!
My dad did this and was going to have to pay an extra 30 pounds per week¬
Alot of ppl will tell you not to do this as you will lookse alot of cash why not sell your home properly and gives you time to search for a home you can rent at a reasonable rate with your 2 dogs!We Make A Living By What We Get. We Make A LIFE By What We GIVE:money:

there have been numerous occasions recently where the company buying the house have gone bust and the people have also ended up homelessEx forum ambassador
