Spoke with the customer service team this morning... my small bag that I ordered on Monday has been scanned out today. The big bag I ordered late Saturday night is expected to despatch on Monday (Tuesday at latest) - she said not to expect it till Wednesday or Thursday.

I already have the tracking codes for both (given them when I called on Tuesday) and status has been no info available on DHL since then - thought I would share if it saves others from possibly waiting in unnecessarily. I don't really mind when it arrives - just hate staying in for no reason!! If they are going to be delivered today the status will likely say it's out for delivery.

I ordered a large bag on Sat afternoon, and just called them to see where it was, and the lady on the phone said it hadnt been dispatched yet, but they were hoping to get them all dispatched by Tuesday (!!!) so should have it by Thurs at the latest. Gutted, I wanted it before this weekend so I could laze in the bath and spend some time having a nice pamper!

As someone else said, maybe all the smaller bags are being dispatched first.

DHL just been with a TINY box - he looked at me strange when I asked where my big box was :rotfl:Got all excited for nothing.

I placed two orders, one on Saturday and another on Sunday - the mask was part of the order on Sunday when I decided last minute to grab a couple of extra bags as only small remained in stock.

So am still awaiting both large,small bags and a couple of single items so appears to be no order they are despatching in. Unless they are despatching single small bags as I did order multiples of both. Well, it was the first time ever I have seen a sale on the Lush site in all the years I have been ordering:A

I ordered on Saturday evening and my small grab bag was just delivered by DHL. This is my first ever purchase from Lush! The box was so nicely wrapped in Lush printed paper with string and sealing wax - and I have never before seen packaging 'popcorn' that actually LOOKS and SMELLS like the real thing! :T

My box contains:

Bob soap
Cocktail guest soap
Bling Crosby Bubble Bar
Candy Cane Bubble Bar
Gold, Frankincense and Beer shower jelly
Jingle Spells Bath Bomb
Christmas Angel
Christmas Massage Bar
Stocking Fella -Happy Hippy shower gel and Happy soap

Ballistics Tree Amigos

There is a sticker on the shower gel with a best before date - but do any Lush regular users know if the other products will keep until next Christmas? (eg Bath Bombs and Bubble Bars)?

Thanks for any help and to the OP for the great deal. I have often smelt the amazing smells wafting from the Lush shop but have never before ventured in. :j

I do find Lush has a short shelf life compared to most products - the talc I find goes off very quick and the bath bombs can go a funny colour after a while - I personally would save until next xmas as they would have to be used pretty quick.

Saying that, my Lush gets used frequently so never kept anything longer than a few months.

oh I'm all excited waiting for mine lol. Sounds like I need to be a bit more patient if wednesday was quoted as being likely. Be just in time for valentines day though :j

I phoned lush yesterday and they said they were hoping to get all the orders out by Tuesday latest, mine hadnt left the building so to speak !, I ordered a large grab bag on Sunday Monring. I was chatting to the woman on the phone whilst she was looking up my order and she said about it being manic, I said 'you will have to do it all again next year' she said she doubts Lush will ever do it again it has caused so many logistic and stock problems. Cant wait to get my grab bag though, would be nice if it was here in time for valentines.
