After a great day of freebies yesterday, a WIN! today!

I am soooo happy!!! I just got an email confirming that I have won 2 tickets to see Afrika Afrika at the O2, can't wait! YIPPEEEE!!!!!!! My DH really wants to see the show so he is very happy too!

This comes on top of a wonderful day yesterday, when I went to Central London on a freebie and bargain hunting spree, got Elizabeth Arden Eye cream, a makeover and Prescriptives makeup and lovely makeup bag free, a voucher that I can use for a £15 E. Arden facial (1 hour) redeemable against a purchase (might treat myself to a posh lippy!), free food and wine at the launch of Rowan Yarn organic cotton (John Lewis) and then got more food at the Waitrose food hall (samples). Still hungry, went to Selfridge (for my makeover and Prescriptives stuff) and ended up in the food hall there, loads and loads of tasters, no need to buy lunch!

Got more samples at the REN counter (day serum, night serum), a cup of tea and samples (Shampure and Tourmaline face cream) in the Aveda space.

Went back home via my local Sainsbury, thinking I want to make a spinach and goat cheese risotto for dinner, and as I passed the veg counters there it was, a bag of organic spinach reduced by nearly 1/3 of the price!

At the tills I noticed that, because of Fairtrade Fortnight, if you spend £5 on Fairtrade goods you get a freebie to choose among teatowel, oven glove or cotton bag. I got some fairtrade tea and coffee (I only buy fairtrade anyway so that is going to storage!) and got the glove free.

I feel I have been truly blessed! I am so delighted!

Caterina
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).
