hi had 3rd letter off hfc bank also known as household bank who have just been fined 1.5 million by fos 1st letter wrote to them november the letter i got today says send proof that we have got our own insurance i think this is a stalling tactic they havent said they have mis-sold yet do you think i should send proof this is nothing to them can any give me some advise please:mad:

    Then my advice would be to tell them to s0d off, what private insurance arrangements you've made are your own business.
