Help finding work at home suitable for disabled.

Options
Hello, I'm looking for peoples advice on what sort of work the following candidate could apply for.

It would be really helpful if peoples answers could be as factual as possible. I'm not really looking for guestimations which normally water threads down rather than provide helpful information (no offense intended to anyone).

I have tried to make things as clear as possible but may change some details if the need arises i.e. I remember things at a later date, on the advice of others etc

1.Work needs to be doable from bed, applicant unable to get up and down repeatedly & restricted movement in arms due to muscle fatigue.

2.Applicant may not be able to commit to how many hours work which can be done per week/month.

3.Applicant may be unable to do any work for periods of time, ranging from days to weeks to months in severe circumstances.

4.Work would need to be internet based or be delivered and collected from the home by the employer/member of staff.

5.Applicant has no formal computer training apart from being able to operate laptop for basic text documents, internet browsing and some self taught photo editing skills. Willing to attempt appropriate training.

6.Applicant displays symptoms of * attention deficit disorder * calculation difficulties * memory disturbance * spatial disorientation * word finding difficulties * airborne allergy's * chemical sensitivities * hyper-sensitivity to light and sound * speed of information processing impairment * motor speed impairment * dyslexic type symptoms * changes in visual acuity * difficulty moving tongue to speak coherently * Inability to control stress hormones * unable to sit upright independently for moderate periods of time * intermittent inability of hand grip (can cause difficulty picking up paper) * Unsteady hand (tremors) * Hand spasms (suddenly releasing grip)

7.Due to previously listed symptoms applicant may not be good candidate for telephone duties, is unable to perform well under pressure & work may need to be checked by another employee.

8.Applicant has not worked in 11 years.

9.Hours must be flexible.

Note: I am currently attempting a pacing program which recommends that I expend the same amount energy each day i.e. it's recommended that I don't do anything on a good day that I can't do on a bad day. This is until there is a steady improvement in energy levels, when activities are to be increased in 5% stages. I can't take on any work right now as currently I'm having a lot of difficulty just coping with daily hygiene needs (showers, brushing teeth etc). But hopefully when the weather warms up I'll have some improvement.

When health improves to a level compatible with gaining employment the work would need to be spread out into even periods each day (I should be able to organise that myself). If pacing program successful, workload should be able to be increased in line with health. Although pacing isn't an absolute cure there is a good recovery rate among some, including those who have been ill long term.

Applicant has own laptop (memory will need to be increased if work computer based), ink jet printer and scanner (with negative & book scanning capabilities).

Educated up to second year BA Hons in fine and applied art.

Interests nutrition, health, arts & animal welfare.

Moderately articulate when not suffering 'brain rot'.

Past work history includes - farm hand, building site gofer, office junior, maintenance clerk, garden nursery assistant, waitress, art technician, till operator

Volunteer stints as - youth leader, university 'nature of practice' module spent working with physically disabled children, charity committee, forum administrator & moderator.

*obviously physically these are not longer practical atm but the experience might help in future job choice/opportunity*

If you are an employer or have experience of limited work abilities I'd really like your input and advice. Or if anyone has a nice boss they could ask, I'd really appreciate it.

Particularly if anyone knows of a specific company who would be willing to give me an opportunity.

I've tried to include as much work relevant detail as possible.

Note : anyone who I think is just attempting to flame will just be put on my ignore list.
