Hi, My daughter is a recently converted veggie and we are trying to support her as much as possible by cooking meals we can all eat.
As a family, we eat alot of casseroles and mince dishes like chille/spag bol. etc. I have been told that you can get soya mince and fillets, is it frozed/fresh and where can I but it?
I have been using Quorn but our supermarket has regularly sold out and I think it's quite pricey tbh.
Thanks in advance;)

I've found Realeat vegan mince is the best of the non-meat varieties; I get it from Asda from time to time. I've heard Asda's own is good because it's flavoured with onion, but I haven't tried it personally.
Quorn is cheapish in Iceland/Farmfoods.0 -
