  • I think I've only had 10pts from pigsback this year starting to loose interest in the site to be honest as at this rate it'll be months before I get anything out of them :(

Have been emailing them re 2200 points from end nov/dec - had a few replies from them, one of offers was lovefilm, taken out dec, said they are still waiting on file from lovefilm to come over and should be about a week

Plan to just email until I get all the points!

For the ones wiht no clickthroughs - are you checking out the pigsback thread that lists all them offers and updates of clickthroughs? Ive had about 3 a week, not great! Sign up for all the free newsletters and sites to get points too?

  • I'm signed up with Pigsback in Ireland and there hasn't been a big difference here, except in the Curly's Lounge which they have/had until recently.

They still have the 10 point clicks here, the 10 points for quizzes, and some 'easy piggypoints' stuff listed, although not a lot has been added recently.

They set up what is called Curly's Lounge last yr, and you could win between 1000 and 5000 piggypoints for a quiz and the best jokes/captions/bet of the day etc/piggypics. They were quite interesting with lots of comps at first, but they have scaled down the Curly's lounge to a quiz and a caption comp (as of last week) on Friday there wasn't one at all (it was/is a weekly occurence). Occasionally they'll skip a week though.

They also had the tipping game, which is where you enter for each day - monday to friday and pick a horse from a UK or Irish track each day and if it wins you get points depending on the odds, and the person at the top of the leaderboard on the Friday wins 2000 points. Apparently they're switching that over to racecaller.com (they just posted yesterday to say that). I'm not sure if people in the UK can enter that, and I still haven't figured out how to use the site.

All in all it looks like they tried to increase their competitions (in Ireland, anyway) for a while to draw more interest and tested different ways of doing it but they seem to have mostly given up on the Curly's lounge and are putting more interest in the Tipping game now. It is possible that they might introduce it in the UK.

  • BTW the Curly's Lounge and Tipping Game is/was located in the Pigsback forums so maybe they have similar comps for UK ppl in the forums of the UK site.

I've got about £5.00 since the begining of the year.
    Clickthroughs
I enter the competitions daily but haven't won yet but keep trying.
I signed up to £20 worth of tesco vouchers
I signed up to visit england
I signed up for free bingo - points not added yet but only did this today
Signed up for toluna but only yesterday and points not credited yet

I just look for things that are free/email signup's and direct them to my email account for freebies/signups etc. Clickthroughs etc.
Hope this gives you some idea.
Although being a newbie as well I find it quite thin on the ground but better than nothing and better than toluna where each vote on a poll is about a 1/4 of a penny!! from what I can tell.
