MAY CAUSE CONFIDENCE GLOBAL COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS


<DL><DD>1. These Terms and Conditions together with any other Reckitt Benckiser terms and conditions on this site ("Site") are the Competition rules ("Rules") and apply to the Clearasil May Cause Confidence Competition ("Competition"). By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. <DD>2. The Competition is organised by Reckitt Benckiser Corporate Services Limited of 103 - 105 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 3UH. ("Reckitt Benckiser") <DD>3. Reckitt Benckiser reserves the right to cancel and amend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Entrants should check this Site from time to time to check the current Rules. <DD>4. In the event of any dispute regarding these Rules, the Competition, procedures, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Reckitt Benckiser shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. <DT>Qualifying Entrants <DD>5. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, who are aged 18 years old or over or aged below 18 years if their parent(s) or guardian(s) have permitted them to enter the Competition. <DD>6. Employees of Reckitt Benckiser and its affiliates, the EHS Brann Limited and its affiliates and any other persons or employees of companies associated with this Competition and members of the families and households of any such persons, are not eligible to enter this Competition. Any such entries will be invalid. Reckitt Benckiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. <DD>7. By entering this Competition entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted by them is true. <DD>8. By using this Site and entering the Competition entrants warrant that either they have legal capacity to enter the Competition and agree to the Rules (i.e. that they are of sufficient age and have mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract) or they have their parent(s) or guardian(s) permission to enter the Competition and the entrants' parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to the application of the Rules. <DD>9. Reckitt Benckiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions and/or the terms and conditions of this Site. <DD>10. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Reckitt Benckiser in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event any further entrant will be selected using the same criteria as the original entrant and subject to these Rules. <DT>Competition Entries <DD>11. More than one entry per person is permitted to this Competition. <DD>12. The Competition will run on a weekly basis from 28 January 2008 until 29 March 2008. Competition entries must be made in the manner required and by the closing date of midnight UK time on the Friday of each week to qualify for that week's Competition. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry. <DD>13. There is no purchase requirement to enter this Competition. <DD>14. Entries are to be made by completing and submitting the form on the competition website, including a valid email address. <DT>Prizes <DD>15. The prize winner will be the eligible entrants' story judged to be the best example of confidence, by Reckitt Benckiser and its agents. In all matters the decision of Reckitt Benckiser shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. The prize is a Nintendo Wii Console and some Clearasil products. <DD>16. The prize winners will be notified within 5 working days from 29 March 2008. Return of any prizes and/or any prizes notification as undeliverable or failure to reply within 14 days following the date in which the notice has been sent out may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. <DD>17. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. Reckitt Benckiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at any time. <DD>18. The prizes are awarded at Reckitt Benckiser's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. <DD>19. Reckitt Benckiser reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner. <DD>20. Reckitt Benckiser will use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the prizes to the winners within twenty eight (28) days from 29 March 2008. Delivery restrictions may apply. <DD>21. Reckitt Benckiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of any prize until such proof of eligibility and identity of the prize winner has been confirmed or to disqualify any entrant from the competition as it sees fit. <DD>22. Reckitt Benckiser does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered howsoever arising from the Competition or any prize whether due to any errors or omissions or other cause by Reckitt Benckiser, its employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law. Reckitt Benckiser is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction or damage to any telephone networks or lines, telephones or mobile phones, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or failure of receipt of entry for any reason including on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any website or any combination thereof. Nothing shall exclude Reckitt Benckiser's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. <DD>23. Reckitt Benckiser does not warrant that the Competition will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. This Competition may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of Reckitt Benckiser. Reckitt Benckiser will not be liable to any entrant or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the Competition is discontinued, modified or changed in any way. <DD>24. Entrants agree to reimburse Reckitt Benckiser in respect of any damages suffered by Reckitt Benckiser resulting from any claim made by a third party in respect of any matter arising from the entrant's entry to the Competition in breach of these Terms and Conditions or from the entrant's violation of any applicable law or regulation. <DD>25. The offer of a Nintendo Wii as a prize in this competition does not constitute endorsement by Nintendo of Clearasil or any of other product manufacturered by Reckitt Benckiser and does not imply any association, formal or otherwise, between Nintendo and Reckitt Benckiser or its products</DD></DL>Sorry, it's a massive post but it's worth it if we get some mse winners!

I presume they want you to say how your confidence was at rock bottom due to the unsightly blemishes upon thy visage, and how clearsil cured all thy woes and you had the confidence to strut thy stuff at thy discotheque
