How risky are these AVCs/Stakeholder ?

I am in a FS scheme with my employer, and have some group AVCs with them.
in 2006 they reduced their contributions to the FS Scheme, but would match 50% of our own contributions to a Stakeholder (up to a certain amount).

So what sort of state are these in, risk and sector-wise?

AVC-1 Equitable Life Managed ~£4200 (no ongoing contributions)
AVC-2 Equitable Life FTSE-100 ~£3700 (no ongoing contributions)
AVC-3 Standard Life Pen 2 UK Equity ~£7100 (+100/month)
AVC-4 Friends Provident Managed ~£6500 (+100/month)
Prudential Stakeholder BGI Aquila (50:50) Global Equity Index ~£3600 (+140/month)

I stayed in the EL funds as the exit charges were harsh. I don't know if they still are.
I don't yet have a full list of which other funds are available through the company scheme with SL and FP, but I would appreciate some info on what the risk of my current holdings is.
