Form help - section 7

Help required please... i know most of you are enjoying a dram in the Bankrupt in, but struggling with a bit on Section 7 of Bankrupt forms Outgoings.
I did a Debt Remedy thing through CCCS who went through my outgoings etc. Trouble is, it's ina differennt format on the BR form, and I wanted to check if under essential payments i include things such as contact lenses, prescriptions, sundries, dog walker (i work full time loan hours) loan to a friend etc. On the Debt Remedy solution they had loan to a friend down as a separate part.

Sorry if this has already been asked before, got court appointment Wed and struggling a bit !

Just tried to get into the inn but it seems full. There also seems a problem with this site as well so hope you get this post. There may be a delay in getting a response from those in the inn as it was pretty loud when i tried the doors. Just hope they have not had sooo many they can not give you a few answers.Dalip

Anything like that that is essential goes in that box, but it's best to itemise them.

If you are making actual payments on a "loan" to a friend then that certainly won't be allowed in your I&E by the OR.

ok, thanks fermi and dalip - I just wondered why they were included separately on the CCCS Debt Remedy form.

Hope you'll had a good night in the inn, wish me luck for Wednesday - I'm petrified :-(

I think CCCS just work to their own preferred format, while the OR's prefer things listed the other way.

You'll be fine Wednesday.

I know you'll find it hard to believe but it's not normally anywhere near as scary as you think. The court staff are used to people feeling scared and intimidated so most try to make it as painless as possible.

I was a bag of nerves,felt sooo sick.Even my oh who came with me said he felt sick and it was not even him going bc. Must say it was all over very quickly and quite painlessly. As femi said you will be fine. Just hang on in there,wed will soon come round and then it will all be behind you.

Could not get into the inn it was full of regulars. I have not been before but i was awake(for a change) and oh was asleep on sofa so thought i would sneak out for a quick one!Never mind another time maybe,anyway it was too cold last night to stand outside and have a smoke!!!;) Dalip

It's open 24/7/365 as long as someone is around. We work on a trust system .
