Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need help.

I was a little stupid when I was younger and got loads of debts with mixture of credit cards and loans.

I always got the loan to pay off the other loan and the credit cards but then I spent on the cards again.

In 2006 it got too much and I wasn't earning enough to pay for all my loans, rent, utilities and credit cards.

So I contacted a a debt management company and they set up arrnagements with all my creditors and I pay them monthly but they take a % of what I pay them. I have just recieved a statement from them and considering I have paid this for over a year hardley anything has been taken off my debts and I am paying them 300 a month.

I need to pay them off quick as I want to apply for a mortgage in the next year or so.

Does anyone know what I can do??

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks
Mike

I would ring one of the debt charities in my signature (they are open till quite late.) have a chat and see what your options are.

Also put up your SOA here and the wonderful people here can look at it and see if you can make any savings to throw at the debt. See the sticky for first time posters on how to do your SOA.

You would be better to contact the CAB or payplan to arrange a fee free payment plan

Definately go with one of the Charity organisations and im sure that they will be able to help. It would also be good to post a SOA and you maybe able to go at it yourself and pay it off quicker

No problem Mike. Hope they are able to help you.

Mean while why don't you get up a SOA on here and let the good people on here see if there is any room for saving.
