Sorry, it wasnt spam. I had a debit on my cc from a company called interteam. I had never heard of them and so posted on here to see if anybody else had. I posted in haste out of panic.
I then searched interteam and found out they were acer, I had just ordered a part from them. (My daughters battery wire is frayed and sparking, its only 3 months old, but apparently this is normal wear and tear!!?)
I tried to delete the post, but couldnt so I just deleted the transcript.
