Superbad Perfect Pizza Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. Closing dates for weekly prizes draws are midnight on the following dates: 13th January, 20th January, 27th January, 3rd February, 10th February, 17th February, 24th February and 2nd March 2008.
2. Open to Great Britain residents, with exception of employees of the promoter and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Minimum age for entry is 15 years.
4. Entry will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions
5. There will be Weekly Prizes to be won consecutively over 8 weeks and one final draw to win the Top Prize and some runners-up prizes on 3rd March, drawn randomly from all entries including the winners of the previous weeks.
6. To enter any of the Weekly Prize Draws you must place an order online with Perfect Pizza for a minimum of &pound10.00 during that week. You will be automatically entered into the draw for that week and draw to win the Top prize.
7. There is no restriction on the number of entries per person subject to the purchase qualification for each entry.
8. Entry to this prize draw is via the Perfect Pizza website. Late, unintelligible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9. The Weekly Prizes are: Week One 1 x Sony Portable DVD Player and 5 x runners-up prizes of Superbad Goody Bags, Week Two 1 x Sony Camcorder and 5 x runners-up prizes of Superbad Goody Bags, Week Three 1 x Sony Digital Camera and 5 x runners-up prizes of Superbad Goody Bags, Week Four 1 x Sony DVD Player and 5 x runners-up prizes of Superbad Goody Bags, Week Five 1 x Sony Hi-Fi and 5 x runners-up prizes of Superbad Goody Bags, Week Six 1st prize of 1 x Sony MP3 Player and 2nd prize of 1 x Sony MP3 Player and 5 x runners-up prizes of Superbad Goody Bags, Week Seven 1 x Sony 20" LCD TV, Week Eight 1 x Sony Satellite Navigation System and 5 x runners-up prizes of Superbad Goody Bags.
10. The Top Prize is a 1 x 40" Sony Bravia TV and a Sony Blu-ray Player and Superbad Blu-ray disc and Superbad Goody Bag and 10 x runners-up prizes of Superbad Goody Bags.
11. For all prizes, no substitutions or cash alternatives in whole or in part are allowed and the prizes are not transferable.
12. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of each draw taking place.
13. Prize winners will be contacted by email within 72 hours of the draw taking place.
14. Winners will be required to participate in any publicity.
15. Winners' names and counties will be available from 7th March to 21st March 2008 at https://www.perfectpizza.co.uk/superbad.
16. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
