I Want To Downgrade My Paypal Account

I was wondering if anyone could help. I recently sold some items on ebay, I don't often do this, and because I had accepted too many payments off credit cards I had to upgrade my paypal account to premier.
However, I am expecting some payments from topcashback and I wanted them putting on my paypal account so I could leave them on there for xmas. With a premier account you are charged for accepting these payments, but I know on personal accounts you are not. How can I downgrade without having to email paypal, I can't find the relevant section to click on?

I don't know the answer but you could try moving this to the ebay board, they may have the answer. (sorry, don't know how to move it!):)Do more of what makes you happy:)0
