i filled this in, unticked the star in dove ad, filled out the form and put my town and england in the city part,............it asks for a state so i just put wyoming and 83110 as the zip code.........then after pressing submit, it said my sample would be with me in 4-6 weeks..............fingers crossed and worth a try i feel
