Hi julie, don't worry, you're in the right place for help.

If you look at MSE ANDREA's sticky at the top of the board it gives you details as to how to create a full SOA, telling us all your incomings and outgoings and the full extent of your debts, inc aprs.
If you could post this up on here then people will be able to offer you advice and help you better.
Well done for posting, you will get some great advice here.

    Hi Julie,

As Lizalu has already said. Your first step would be to put together a financial statement. This would detail ALL your incomings and outgoings including Mortgage, Food, Car Tax, utilities etc. Once you have done this you would be able to see how much surplus you have left over to offer your creditors.

Is there anyway you could look at increasing you income? You go on a website called www.entitledto.co.uk this will give you a good idea of what other benefits you could claim. Also can you work any overtime, PT Job, Quidco, ebay?

Once you have put together a financial statement post it up on the forum and people will be along to help you look at saving some money on your expenditure

let me know how you get on and if you need any further advice
