  • Well done Oliveoyl! :T:T:T

Pickle... it depends on the type of person he's saying it to! Will he get a laugh? Or a punch in the mouth? lol!

  • I don't know.... I think it would get a mixed reaction tbh..

It's more my my friend I'm asking for...
I'm friends with my cousin's mate. Her boyf is best man for this guy and my cousin's mate is getting in a right state about it.

She thinks that it's okay to say if the best man is single, but not if he has a partner.

Where I can see where she is coming from, I also find it quite funny...

I nearly said, calm down, it's only a joke, until she said it would be embarrasing for her, her partner of 8 years to get up in front of all these strangers and make that joke....

I can kinda see her point...

I laughed Pickle - I guess it would be in the delivery of it though!

Just dragged the gingerbread house out - needs doing by the end of April. Can't see it lasting that long!

I managed January without any alcohol too.

Just realised it's now February, so might have to open one of the bottles left over from Christmas  ;)

I think it's quite funny LP - if he's usually a bit of a cheeky chappy anyway, I think he would get away with it. What's a best man's speech without the odd cringeworthy moment anyway?! :D
