  • Wishing you well Kemp, if there is a shred of justice in the system, you must win

The problem is how long it is all going to take?

    Can you last out?

Whilst the complaint goes through the system, the business is not paying Kemp1 a salary yet.

This is the bit that needs to be sorted ASAP.
Sorry, don't want to deflect from the original post, but the Ombudsman could take a while to sort out the mis-selling and in the meantime, things spiral.

I'm reading all the leaflets and going back through the original paperwork as best I can, but it is all very confusing. The long letter I wrote WAS narrowed down to just bullet points!!! There were so many issues, even removing all the emotional stuff, I could not make it any shorter. I just hope it does the job!

In the meantime I have chased up the Tax Credits today and I have been told to phone back after the weekend, by which time it should have been processed. The good news is that if I am entitled to anything, the award could be back dated by 3 months which could help considerably. I'm hoping by next week things might feel a bit better.

I am not sure if this is allowed by forum rules as I am not touting here for any business but if you want me to look through your paperwork and help try and get something down on paper for you then I am more than happy to give you my time for free and help review your paperwork to try and pull out the bits you need to be focusing on.

Like any complaint there are usually several things that you are upset about and when you are trying to respond to emotion, it can be very difficult for the person responding to hit the right tone on everything so will focus on what they believe to be the important bits. Anyway, if you want me to help, let me know or if you let us know where you are, maybe one of the other brokers on here may want to offer their time too???

I hope your call this weekend goes ok and if you do not wish to take me up on my offer then I won't be offended, as I said my motives are to try and help you reverse the mess that natwest seem to have put you in.

Sorry I have not replied before, I've been really unwell. I am really grateful for your offer but I think it is too late for someone to take a look. I had a letter stating that the file has been handed to an Ombudsman and they would write to me with the final outcome.

In the meantime the Tax Credits have kicked in which is an enormous help and I have been thrown a life line by my family who have cleared my arrears after I finally confessed what a mess I was in and broke down. Not the most proudest of moments, but at least I have a roof over my head for now.

I will post again once I have the outcome but want to thank everyone for all the helpful advice and support, I really have appreciated it. Thank you.
