Difficult company car vs allowance decision...

    Don't want to confuse things more but also need some help...
    Just started new job with a car allowance of £6850 that is taxed thru PAYE.
    I also get a fuel card for business miles and then complete a sheet each month that works out my private mileage.
    The cost of my private mileage is then worked out based on total miles and cost of fuel from the card then dedusted from my salary each month.
    Works out approx .16p

    I can't find out what tax implications their are and am I worse off because of this.
