Quesadillas are nice, just two flour tortillas, put a bit of grated cheese on one, then ham or whatever else, then make a sandwich with the other. Dry fry in a pan until cheese melts and cut into wedges with a pizza wheel.
My eldest loves this.
Or pitta pockets, just warm and slice open. And have them prep different fillings. Maybe set them a target of trying one new thing each week?Bossymoo

Pitta Bread Pizzas in the microwave (the tomato sauce is a mixture of ketchup and tomato puree - nice and sweet and most kids like it) , egg fried rice, with pre cooked rice, nice and easy again. Apple tart on a puff pastry/shortcrust pastry base, scones both sweet and cheese, fruit fool using custard and stewed fruit, baked alaska using a slice of swiss roll and a scoop of ice cream, banana choc ices (freeze halves of bananas then coat in melted chocolate which sets instantly), fruit skewers,(fresh fruit pieces threaded on a skewer then chocolate coated). Hope this helps all easy and yummy!!!0

Own fish fingers. Defrost blocks of frozen fish (the basic value stuff) It's already blocked and de-skined. Cut up into strips, dip in egg and then breadcrumbs. Fry off.
You could use chicken pieces too. My youngest is 3 and loves to make these.0 -
Also mini quiches. Just some pastry cut with scone cutter into rounds. line a bun tin with eat round, fill with grated cheese and ham (or filling of choice) then top up with beaten egg. I cook on 180, checking after 15 minutes.0
