last April i brought tickets online from an organiser not sure if this is allowed to name the company i brought tickets from but it was SEE TICKETS for a ticket master event the 3 tickets arrived and we went to the gig which was in pontypridd when i got to the gig and presented the 3 tickets the organisers said my tickets were not valid they seemed genuine but there was nothing i could do but purchase 3 more replacement ones which looked identical to the omes i had brought but just with different numbers etc .... i then phoned see tickets afterwards and complained nothing was done following another half dozen unsuccessfull calls where i mentioned that i was very unhappy about the way things were being done i was told the case was being investigated and that i should post the tickets to SEE TICKETS in Nottingham i have done all that the tickets had a face value of £26 each plus booking fee which made £29 , i spent about £15 on phone calls and £7 to securely post the tickets so i am about £109 (and still angry because it put a downer on my weekend )out of pocket and still have heard nothing 9 months later is there anything i can do about this because i got of wasting money on expensive calls and the company doesnt have an email facility(how convienient) thanks in advance Dave

Not quite sure I quite understand what happened in your case Dave, but I must say it doesn't surprise me as I have had many problems with this company before. You can e-mail them at customerservices@seetickets.com or ring them on 0115 9129240. If you ring them, ask if you can speak to someone who deals with refunds. You will probably need your original booking reference. (if you still have it)

ask them if they have a regular number to call (ive done this with places before and some are happy enough to give u the land number which saves money). Be persistent! They should at least be letting u know if the tickets where valid or not - if they where then you take your proof to the venue and i guess take it up with them.0
