Tesco on line recipes

I know that some think Tesco are son of satan 
but for those who do use their online shop either regularly, or occasionally (like me!) I've just discovered their recipe pages. You can scroll down and look at recipes you like, and it then gives you the option of linking through to the ingredients. If you are using more than one recipe with a common ingredient, it tells you if you already have the ingredient in your basket, and its an opt-in, not an opt-out system so you don't accidentally buy things you don't need. It doesn't of course default to the value options but you can manually search for these if you need them.
I'm trying it out this week as its a busy week with DS1's birthday party and overnight guests.
Thought this might help someone else with meal planning and shopping at a busy time.
