My stuff arrived today - just wished when I noticed the price changes that I'd taken full advantage as I only got a couple of Zoggs swimmies reduced again!!!! Glad others got the benefit of it though

My local Boots has a shelf with the leftovers on it, often stuff reduced from £1 to 20p etc, cosmetics to 40p etc. With the help of the cheap bags and this shelf I have put together a girly gift pack for my daughters friends at christmas with loads of goodies for about £2 per head, nicely wrapped.
But today was the best yet. I saw a travel radio controlled alarm clock with a green gift sticker on its own on the shelf, no reduction marked (original price £10). On the off chance I lugged it downstairs to be scanned and it came up at 62pence! HOWZAT! Includes batteries and works perfectly.
And I would never have discovered how great Boots is for bargains without MSE forums.

Has anyone has problem with Boots delivery. I place an order on Wednesday 10th Aug and was told delivery on Friday 12/8.
Delivery has not arrived. Anyone else had this happen?

According to the despatch note received today, points are available from the machine 5 days after you receive your order, and will remain available for collection for 12 months.

Ordered on Tuesday, received today, Friday 12th.

Been on-line checking my bank account, and there has been no money taken yet? How long would it usually take. ( will have to be careful not to spend it)

Have you checked your order status on https://www.boots.com? Log into 'my account' and click 'mr orders' to see what it says. My order status was 'order held' so I rung them up. They tried to convince me to cancel my order and re-order everything but I told them I'd managed to catch a few 'special offers' so I wasn't willing to do that and I asked them to try to push the order through (which it looks like they've done now).

Order ststus says 'order has been despatched'

I'll wait and see if it comes on Monday. If not I will call them.
