I agree with you - that is, if they're giving all types of applications equal priority. I have a friend in her 50's who applied for the goodies at about the same time I did. I received my stuff the following day; she still hasn't heard anything. It makes me wonder if they're selecting the demographic of the people they want to promote the film (and that's why they asked for age, gender, institution, motivation). It would explain why some people heard back really quickly, whilst others are still waiting. :think:
