Help please !!!!ppi , i cant get started.....

:eek: Im going crazy !!!!
Its about the ppi. I had a 3 loans . I made repayments until a family crisis turned into financial crisis. 2 loans went to debt recovery agencies. I have paid off one in full.
The question is can i reclaim my ppi even though they went to debt recovery agencies? Also one of the loans was repayed by the bank for me which inturn meant that i had to pay the bank twice the ammount can i reclaim ppi from there too?( this loan did not go to debt recovery agency)
I am really stuck and do not know how to get started on this .
I would really appreciate any help as i need to have some good luck this year as last year was really really not great !!!!
