Unfortunately, I think this still happens regularly, especially in industries whereby the majority workforce are young, energetic etc., etc., I do feel like I'm close to the scrap heap at 47.

a rec agency will need to see u anyway, as they wont just 'send u off' to a client without seeing who u are.
ur just making things difficult for urself. the only problem ud have after them seeing u is whether THEY forward u onto the client for interview/job.0 -
