Help please, order not arrived :(

I desperately need some advice please.

I ordered the recordable dvd as mentioned on another thread and a few bits and bobs to get free delivery which was meant to arrive today.

6 oclock came and went. When i phoned to enquire, i was left on hold for ages then the person was most unhelpful. I was told they didnt know anything about my order and my only option was to re-order or pick up from a local store.

I dont know where to go now, the supervisor was rude and arrogant. I have lost a days wages from work and if i re-order will lose even more money. All they offered was a goodwill £10.

Any help would be so good as i am lost and angry at being treated like this.

Thank you
D

I think the only thing to so is ring back again as you will not get the same person.
Have you got the order no? or reference no? They must have some ifdea where your parcel is.
hope this helps, I been through this before and it does make me angry

    Thanks phil :)

Phoned so many times my head was ringing. I think i will just take the £10 voucher and collect it myself.

Maybe writing a stinging letter to someone will make me feel better ;)

    thanks again

I'd be tempted to send an e-mail to complain - found writing a letter to be completely useless, and often the phone line is no help, but I fairly recently had a problem and sent an e-mail and they sorted it virtually straight away, together with sending me a voucher.

If you go to this page and scroll down to just about the bottom, there is a bit entitled "contact us" - the first option is for customer services for web orders.

    Hope that helps. :D
