I am not good at maths so please tell me whats best.....
I have a number of credit cards which range from 14.9 to 18.9%
Having phoned them they won't lower interest any further.
The one that is 14.9 has offered me 0% on new purchases. I can't use it because it is very near its limit.
In the next week or 2 we should be getting paid so I can either pay it into the 14.9 card and free up some 0% space
or I can pay it into the 19.9% card. Which is sensible?:o

Hi FTF......
If it were me, I would be paying it off the 19.9% one...... even if u free'd up some space for the 0% purchases offer, any time u payed money off that card, they would take it from the 'purchases balance' and u would still be paying 14.9% interest on anything else still on there - dig out the term and conditions of ur cards and look for the section that is called 'Order of payments' or 'allocation of payments' or something similar...
