Yeah, that one really annoys me too. You'd think it'd be in there interest for them to not to have to pay for the delivery.

Guess it's just a tactic to make you add another thing to your basket though

my comp kept logging me out the other morning and when i got back in eventually it had trebled everything that was left in my basket - so i did'nt bother.
Although todays order went through no problems whether i get it or not is the problem.

regarding CS at boots HO, i spoke to a lady a couple of days ago about a couple of busted bottles of baby stuff(leaked everywhere!) she ummed and aaahhed before saying they would replace them and told me to send them back via the post office, i couldn't be bothered to argue, then in yesterdays order, i was showing my sister the nivea gym washbags, i ordered 3, 2 of them had no contents!! So I phoned and had a right old laugh with a lovely man he refunded me straight away for them, as i was on a roll i mentionned the person i spoke to last time, he apologised. i said 'well you could always make it up to me lol, so he said what and get you boots pregnant :rotfl: He was hilarious, fantastic man(who is far from stupid and knows all the glitches), have sent a letter of compliments to HO, by the way he gave me 500 points also...........................i wonder if he sells on ebay :rotfl:
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there
    (meaning under the buggy lol):D

LOL, obviously they're not daft and are fully aware of the glitches. I bet they have a right laugh as no doubt some people have 5 or 6 virtual Boots pregnancies & babies :rotfl:

 I had LOADS of toys in my basket but just kept saying 'Can't process your order' when I got to the last page. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh! Reduced my basket to less than £100 and it went through but had lost most of decent stuff.

I couldn't move my mouse because I was shaking so much - sad or what! Wide awake now!
