  • For anyone who wants some hair bobbles the bobbypin thin ones ( pack of 20 on a pink card) say £2.50 but I have had them show up as only £1.25 twice now without handing any other vouchers etc. So work out cheaper than £1.65 for 12 boring black ones!!

Just a slight warning to anyone returning .com stuff in-store.

I sent DH off to our local store today with some stuff to be returned, he had the delivery note and my advantage card. There was 2 cot bowers (bought these to take my order over £40 to get free delivery) and some christmas cards. Anyway they didn't sell the cot bowers in-store so had to ring head office to find out the price of them (DH had no idea how much they cost). The xmas cards were bought in the 75% off sale online however in-store they were down to 90% off. Because of this they only refunded me 25p on each pack of cards when I actually spent 63p on them (again DH didn't know what I'd paid for them)!

So CS will be getting a phone call from me tomorrow!

    Hi, all!

Well, I've been reading this thread since about November and the Boots points evenings and weekly half price offers and have finally plucked up the courage to register and say "Hello!"!:hello: I am becoming well and truly addicted to this site and have the house to myself this evening so it's an ideal time to catch up!

I'm afraid I haven't got nay helpful hints to pass on as I have been unlucky with my Bootsing recently - I went to the 75% off Sale a day too early(!) - still enjoyed reading about all your bargains though and then drove through floods to work on Tuesday 15th when I would far rather have been clearing the shelves at my local Boots.

I also failed miserably when I tried to be organised with my ACM and other vouchers for some No17 shopping last Sunday - till just said "No!" Tried to use the £5 till split on some reduced L'Oreal but again failed miserably. And I couldn't get to the 90% sale (end of Jan deadline at work, what bad planning!)

However, I am hoping to go to maybe Glos on Sunday or Cribbs Causeway on Monday - very tempted by the No7, No 17 , RoC and Sanctuary GWPs and I have a highlighter voucher which I'd love to be successful with. Also tempted by the S&G stuff. Gonna need to take a lot of showers!

Sorry for a long first post, thanks for keeping me company recently and good luck to everyone for their weekend's Bootsing!

Still catching up with recent posts - and I've been reminded of the Max Factor GWP as well as the others I was lusting after! Aaaargh! What do you lovely lot do with your GWPs - do you keep them for yourselves? I think I would be a bit embarrassed to give a freebie as a present - although personally i would be very happy to receive them. What do you all think?
