I haven't seen them in store, but dollardog has, I bought two sets and some no 17 with the gwp to get my free postage as two sets is not much more than one edt in the shops and it's always nice to have the body lotion to match.

I always remember when I got my first one, my mother-in-law brought it back from her hols about 10 years ago for me and I had no idea what it was at first being in that red plastic container - I thought it was a cosmetic set and sprayed it into my eyes by mistake trying to open it, didn't put me off though I've always loved it :rotfl:

Thanks Dollardog. Do you know if they'd swap them for a gift card? Only because if I can I'd like to get the P&P gift set but use the vouchers too but I can't see them letting me use the vouchers on a exchange. So the plan would be take them back get a gift card and then go to another store to get the P&P gift set, use vouchers and get GWP.

They don't normally, because when you buy things with a gift card you get points, so in effect they are giving you the points twice. I did manage to get them to do it once, when I had bought something for my neice that she had already got, I said I wanted to give her the gift card so she could choose her own present, they don't normally allow it though.
Couldn't you buy some other stuff to make it £25 you were spending? Then use the voucher, I know it means spending more, but at least you would be able to do it. If you used the voucher just on the P&P set and GWP, you would still have £5 unaccounted for IYSWIM

On my last order (1 of the few that wasn't cancelled) I added a few full price items before the sale update to take my total over £40. I returned those items to the store so managed to get away with free delivery

Have just realised that although we've got the receipt for the stuff I want to return I have no idea how much it cost or if it was on 3 for 2. I'll have to dig the receipt out.

If you've got the receipt then just tell them that your husband bought it for you as a pressie, but you know you've tried it before and can't use it. It doesn't matter when he bought it, if you are allergic to it. They'll give you money back or a gift card with a receipt.

Just added, if it was on 342, don't take the receipt!!

Really all face products and makeup should be sealed as you never know who has put there mitts in to. And I have seen people take products off the shelves to try it and that is from stock and not even testers.

I try and pick from the back of the shelves granted it could have been there a little longer but less likely for someone to have messed with it.

I couldn't agree more. Just last week I saw a lady apply a full face of makeup using products that were not testers. It's really disgusting. A SA went over to her and asked her to use the testers only. The customer said she thought they were testers. Yeah, right!

has anyone used this voucher on products other than facial skin care in white packaging without till beeping? SA told me yesterday it only works on white packaging - I bought bathing products. I am wondering if the till beeped because I had the GWP and maybe that was the reason the till beeped. I have had problems with sanctuary vouchers in the past. Remember the 5.00 vouchers the rep used to hand out? till always beeped with those!

just wanted some advice.
ordered online (first time from boots.com) on the 1st. estimated delivery is the 7th - thursday. its showing that its been dispatched, in four packages.
on the hdn website it says this for only one of the parcels:

04/02/2008 00:00:00 Customer Parcel Data Received
05/02/2008 02:39:42 Sort Centre - Droitwich Spa Sorted
05/02/2008 23:13:00 Leamington Spa Depot
does that mean i'm getting them tomorrow? instead of the 7th?
need to get to mums house early to sign for it if i am, so if anyones can help pls. thanks all

Ha! no i do not work for Boots, i have my own business, and good business, do not allow that kind of thing! I have known people who work in Boots, but they never stay very long, college commitments etc.

I will be on my look out for any SA's tomorrow hiding any of the goodies!!!

P&P sets - So do you think that maybe they are for when the No7 deal ends, and they bring them out for Mothers Day?
