statement of affairs is literally a list of everything you earn be it from wages, benefits etc and all your outgoings, include absolutely everything, from the obvious - mortgage/rent etc to all those little outgoings that are easily forgotten (bday presents etc)
it's amazing how the outgoings can be trimmed down to free up more money to pay the debts.Who says I have to be normal?0 -
Good advice from everyone on here, Mrs1978, the sooner you do it, the sooner you'll feel, trust me!

Hi Mrs1978
You can just use our online facility called Debt Remedy where you can complete a financial statement and be provided with advice on the best way to deal with your situation. If you have problems filling it in you will be provided with a number to call to help.
As long as everything is ok when you fill it in it will provide you with a booklet of advice which I advise you to sit back and read a good couple of times with good cup of tea or coffee.
If we can offer any support for your situation it will tell you how to proceed or what advice you need to take to move forward.
Hope you find this information helpful
