Asda used to sell it, but for some reason havestopped doing so.
My local Tesco sells a few versionsof Frylight: Sunflower Oil, Butter, Olive Oil and a new one, Rapeseed Oil of which I think tastes a lot better than the Sunflower, but doesn't burn as quick as the Olive Oil. A very good allrounder!I may be shy, but that doesn't make me an angel0 -
Why don't you contact Frylight and ask them who they distribute to in your area.
I did this once with a different supplier whose product I was having trouble sourcing.

Thanks all, I managed to get some at the big tesco in twickenham.
It's certainly a taste adjustment, but it's not too bad on popcorn. I've also just had some on marmite toast instead of the butter:eek:
However, I'll stick to it for a while and see if it makes any difference. I don't actually eat a lot of food, but the food I have been eating has been jam-packed with calories....0 -
Our local Aldi ( Burton on Trent) has a spray tin of Frylight Extra virgin olive oil, less than 1 cal per spray, so it says on tin.
Was in middle isles so not sure if its countrywide, but seems to last forever.0 -
I can buy Fry Light in my local Co-op store and I use it together with my brilliant Cookrite Oven Plate which I have had for 3 years. The Fry Light is fantastic because when I use it with my Plate, particularly when making roast potatoes, I get the crispiness. However, I can also use my Plate without the use of any oil.0

In answer to your question CarolB, the best thing to do is visit the website for the Plate as it would take me far too long to describe it all. The website address is: www.cookrite.com
Best of luck and happy cooking0
