At Orange you can put forward ideas, as with a lot of organisations eg. MOD, and if they are proven worthy and cost effective you stand a good chance of getting bonus.
Also, theres a scheme whereby if you put forward someone you know for a job and they get it, you get a 'Bounty Bonus'.
Other than that, I used to make and sell gnomes when I was at school.. someone got me the sand/cement/paint and made them then someone else painted them all bright colours. Once I used some lorry pait & it nearly knocked me out with fumes! I stood them at the end of our passage onlooking the main road on a Work-bench waiting for people to come & buy.. very profitable for effort..played havock with my final exams though!
