Home delivery order - item has been used!

I ordered a product from Argos which I received today - the box was slightly damaged and had been ripped open. When I looked inside it was obvious
that the product had been used.

Where do I stand with this - can I still return it?
:beer:MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS:beer:

  • I would sent it back or ask for 25% or more discount.

Phone AD and explain the problem. If a small good (Order starts AD...) they'll ask you to return it to a store or post it back for a refund (inc postage)

If a large good (order number) they'll arrange a driver to come pick it up and bring u a replacement or refund it for you.

Bit poor that it was used, all AD items come direct from warehouse, email customer services and calmly explain the issue and they'll send u a Gift voucher for the hassle :j

    Hope this helps!
