hi all , despite the dreaded gas meter being fitted i acctually stopped thinking about doing things i have done it , made appointment for cab on mon , phoned the courts for the b.r. forms, a second opinion on the price of the house , so all being well this time next week the house will on the market the beggining of a new if somewhat scary life!!! gina

Hiya Gina...huuuuuge pat on the back for you! sounds like things are coming together for you, hmm know what you mean about the dreaded gas meter..I had one fitted in march & afterwards found out most of the other houses in our street had em too so i'm part of the club now! :rotfl:

Do you mean the pre-pay gas meter's?
I have always had one and would never change it, i hear of people getting whopping bills over winter, no thanks, elec meter is the same too.

Well i'm presuming but yeah pre pay gas meter....i've electric as well & i'm the same..no more "oh can we raise your bills to £x" i'd never go back to direct debits again..feel more in control budget wise with prepay
