I wanna really small digital camera

Does anyone know where you can buy a reasonably priced reasonable quality very small digital camera.
Obviously compact cameras are getting smaller all the time, I'm looking for something that wont break the bank (<£40 ideally), but will still take an OK photo - no not for taking real photos just to have the in car possibly on a keyring or something for those moments when I wish I had a camera (mobile phone quality will do - but I don't have a phone  ).
I saw one in next the other day, but it seems the quality is so pathetic it isn't worth taking the photo - the quality would be better if you drew a picture! That was only £7 and was a keyring.
I know a long time ago aiptek were making them, but that was in the days when cameras were new so cheap and rubbish. I still want cheap. Just don't want rubbish.
Can buy them on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Mini-Digital-PC-Camera-Key-Ring-100K-Pixels-Silver_W0QQitemZ180211526673QQihZ008QQcategoryZ31388QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem but these for £7 too, but they are only 100k pixels. I want something like at least 1 megapixel, preferably 2 or 3.

you might be better investing in a camera phone or trying to get one cheap or free?
try freecycle for a free mobile instead? Or is there a reason why you wouldn't want the camera phone?
Just an idea,
MazI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

But a couple of things
1. Phones need to keep being recharged - I want the camera for immediate possibly emergency moments (eg if I crash the car)
2. Phones (certainly the free ones) seem to be a fair bit bigger than keyring
3. It seems a bit of a sledgehammer to crack a nut (like buying a pda when I want to know the location of speed cameras etc)There is no intelligent life out there ... ask any goldfish!0
