ppi help
i need help, the FSO have returned two claims to me saying the ppi was sold prior to 2005. and that if the companies were not part of the FSA they cannot help, but the latest company is and was part of the FSA, so what do i do?

It is not whether or not the company was a member of the FSA, it is just that PPI was not regulated by the FSA prior to these dates.

so does this mean i can not claim the ppi back, one company has been part of the abbey group for some time, i would of thought they would of been regulated0
