Cookworks Microwave

The new catalogue (page 1132) has a Cookworks microwave which is reduced in one of the Argos leaflets from £79.99 to £59.99.
The cat no is 400/6598 but when I put this in to the Argos website it says the item cannot be found.
I can't find this particular microwave on the Argos site at all.
Does anyone know what has happened to this particular item? Has it ever existed?
As it is in the new catalogue I would have thought it should be found on the website.
Any help/suggestions gratefully received.

Its in the old catalogue, it has been in this offer before as I tried to buy one when I needed a new microwave, it was sold out at the time so I got a different one. But at least you know it did exist!

I had this problem myself just recently, i wanted to order some bedroom furniture for my daughters room and tried ordering it online but when i went on there was no sign of the range at all on the website. I thought it was maybe just a glitch but when i left it until the following week it was still not there and isn't to this day.

In the end i had to go instore and order it, which was a better option in the end as it was delivered in 4 days instead of the usual 28!

Try going instore and checking the code, you will probably find it comes up.

Ive tried looking and cant find it either.

The closest ive got is:

400/6512 for a silver cookworks combi microwave/grill: £69.99

400/6433 Cookworks microwave: £34.99

Thanks for your replies. I'll check the number next time I'm in my local Argos.
I just find it very strange that they can put an item in a brand new catalogue and then it just doesn't appear to exist. It would be better if it was there but without any stock - I wouldn't think I was going mad then!!
I was after a stainless steel combi microwave so may have to take a look at the de Longhi ones which also look like good value.

If the catalogue number in the book isnt recognised on the website its for one of two reasons;

1 - The catalogue is misprinted

2 - the item has been withdrawn from sale for some reason and is unavailable for purchase. if you can't find the item at all on the website, this is probably more likely!

A store or customer services will be able to tell you for definite

The thing with my bedroom furniture is that it was not a misprint. The number was correct and came up straight away instore. It was a new item that was added to the last catalogue and is also in the new one.

The stuff is available to buy as i ordered it instore and spent a day last week building it all.

It has been added to the website since so i'm not sure what the problem was but i spent 2 weeks trying to buy it online. in the end i went to a store to find out why i couldn't buy online and it came up straight away on the stockchecker. after i had ordered i came home and checked again and there was still no sign of it.
